Da Thanh is committed to offering Authentic vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant opened in spring of 2009, in downtown South San Francisco. Prior to Da Thanh,  Chef/owner Thuy Diep owned and operated 2 successful restaurants Tay Viet and Elephant Bleu in San Francisco.
